Started in early 2005, Lucky Dog Publishing created a paper for the residents of Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Goat and Dewees Island: The Island Eye News. Our next endeavor was The Island Connection for the Kiawah and Seabrook Island residents and supporting surrounding areas. In late 2008, we started The Folly Current for all residents of Folly Beach. Our papers are unique reflections of our barrier islands and are part of the growing national trend for more local, community oriented media.
