The Isle of Palms City Council today voted 6-3 to negotiate with Douglas Kerr to be the city's new administrator. Kerr has been serving as the city's Deputy Administrator. The vote took place during a Special City Council Meeting.
Kerr would replace Desiree Fragoso, who left the position in 2024.
