Sullivan’s Island resident Larry Kobrovsky officially took office as a member of the Charleston County Council Jan. 3. On hand for the ceremony were his wife Susan; his grandchildren, Sarah Grace, Liam and Susanah Bulsiewicz; his daughter, Valarie Bulsiewicz; his son-in-law, Dr. Will Bulsiewicz; and Rabbi Yossi Refson of Chabad of Charleston.
